Welcome to the Tube Punching Machinery web site of Parsell Minni-Die., which is one of three sites published by the company on the world wide web. This site is devoted to
tube punching tools for presses, hydraulic tube punching tools, and custom built tube punching machines.
The units can be used on press brakes and power presses or they can be hydraulic versions fitted with their own integral hydraulic cylinder. These units can be arranged in straight lines on
presses and custom built machines, or for certain types of tube fabrication work, the units can be set up to punch pre-formed tube components.
These could be such products as lawn mower handles, automobile seat frames, and tubular furniture

The second web site is devoted to hydraulic punching and notching units where each unit is fitted with its own integral hydraulic cylinder. These hydraulic units can be arranged in straight lines
for products such as door track made from rolled form sections or extrusions.
In addition, the units can be arranged in a table format to punch and notch flat sheets for such products as the surround panel for chest freezers or other white metal goods.

The third web site is devoted to the foundation product of Parsell Minni-Die - the ‘Minni-Die’
unit tooling system of punching and notching units for press brakes, power presses and hydraulic presses.
Applications
All of our products are designed and manufactured for punching and notching sheet metals, cold roll formed sections, hot roll formed sections, extrusions, pre-formed
components, plastics and other materials. Users of our tools & machines generally have medium to high levels of production requirements.

Origins
The company has had a market presence for four decades since it was started in Nottingham in 1965, and continues to design and manufacture specialist punching & notching machinery to
ISO 9001 quality standards with CE certification. All components and elements used in our tooling and machines are designed and manufactured in our own factory.
The company is family and wholly owned by the directors Graham Parsell
& Christine Parsell - and we strive to manufacture well designed products backed with quality, reliability and service. The general manager is Brian Ash and the works manager is Paul Marsh.

above: Two examples of ‘tube end’ preparation tools designed to punch the holes without deforming the tube. This is done either with a ‘mandrel die’ or as in this case a ‘stump mandrel’ machined to suit the inside of the end of the tube - and carry a standard die.
